1. Acceptance

By using akdigisolutions.in or engaging AK DigiSolutions ("we", "us"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or our services.

2. Our services

We offer website design and development, custom mobile app development and Meta Ads management. The website describes our services in general terms. The exact scope, deliverables, price and timeline of each project are agreed in writing (for example a quote, proposal or confirmed WhatsApp or email message) before work begins.

3. Fees and payments

• Prices and payment schedule are agreed before work starts, and work begins once any agreed advance is received.
• Third-party costs such as domain names, hosting, app-store fees, software licences and advertising spend are separate from our fees and are paid by you directly unless we agree otherwise.
• Ad spend is paid by you to the advertising platform, not to us.

4. Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, content and materials in good time, to give timely feedback and approvals, and to confirm you have the right to use everything you supply (text, images, logos and so on). Delays in providing these may delay the project.

5. Timelines and revisions

Timelines are estimates and depend on project size and how quickly you respond. The number of revision rounds is agreed in the scope. Additional work beyond that scope is quoted separately.

6. No guarantees

We do not guarantee sales, leads, enquiries, advertising returns, search-engine rankings, or approval of any app by an app store or advertising platform. Results depend on many factors outside our control.

7. Intellectual property

• You keep ownership of the content you supply.
• Ownership of the final deliverables passes to you once the agreed fees are paid in full, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
• Third-party items such as fonts, plugins, libraries and stock assets remain under their own licences.
• Unless you ask us in writing not to, we may mention completed work in our portfolio.

8. Cancellation and refunds

If a project is cancelled, any refund is decided under the written agreement for that project and takes into account the work already completed and costs already incurred.

9. Confidentiality

We treat non-public business information you share with us as confidential and use it only to deliver the agreed services.

10. Third-party platforms

Services such as Meta, WhatsApp, Hostinger and app stores are run by others under their own terms. They may change features, policies or account status at any time, and we are not responsible for their decisions.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profit, revenue, data or business opportunity. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us for the service concerned.

12. Website content

Information and example images on this website are for general illustration and may be updated at any time without notice.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the courts at Shivamogga, Karnataka, India.

14. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the website or services after a change means you accept the updated terms.
